Swimming: Free swim, games and music at the Lodge everyday! Night Time Activities: Pool parties, talent show, disco night, and lots of surprises! Campfire Devotional: Each night campers and staff gather quietly around the campfire to reflect on the day and give thanks. This is a special time for the campers, and something everyone looks forward to. HORSE SHOW / DEMONSTRATION TO SHOW OFF TALENTS Camp will end on Friday with a horse show demonstrating skills that campers have been working on throughout the session. After the demonstration certificates and awards will be given. Camper Session info: Overnight campers arrive on Sunday and check in at 4 PM and checkout on Friday after the horse show. Camper Skill Levels: Foxes A: Beginning rider with little or no formal riding experience. Beginners are great! Foxes B: Riders with some experience are confident at a walk (can steer, stop), working on posting trot Hounds A: Riders confident and in control at a walk and posting trot, working towards a canter and jumping small cross rails Hounds B: Confident and in control at a walk, posting trot and canter. Jumping cross rails. Hunters A: Must be currently and consistently working under a trainer. Must be confident and in control at walk, trot, canter, and while jumping a course of 4 jumps. Must be able to tack up with no assistance. Hunters B: Must be currently and consistently working under a trainer. Must be confident and in control walk, trot, canter, hand gallop and jumping a course of 4 jumps 2 ft or above. Must be able to tack up with no assistance. Note: All campers who attend Hunter camps must have a recommendation form from their trainer, submitted before camp for Zion's review.
